What Nettle Is
Nettle is a calculation, logging, and reference tool for people who are already using or prescribed injectable peptides. It helps with reconstitution and dosing arithmetic, dose and vial logging, reminders, and a weight-tracking trend. Nettle does not sell, prescribe, or facilitate obtaining any peptide or medication, and does not connect you with a seller.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Nettle. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
Creating an account is optional — Nettle's calculator, library, and local tracking work without one. An account is only needed if you want your data to sync across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Nettle for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable regulation governing the substances referenced in the app.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend services.
- Use the app to sell, market, or facilitate the sale of any peptide, medication, or research compound to others.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when creating an account.
Not Medical Advice
Nettle is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Calculated values are based only on the numbers you enter and should be independently verified before use. See the full Medical Disclaimer for details — it applies in full to your use of these Terms.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where offered through an app store (e.g., Apple's App Store), purchases are billed and managed by that platform under its own terms, and refunds are handled according to that platform's policies, not directly by Nettle.
Your Content and Data
You own the dosing, vial, and weight data you enter into Nettle. We use it only to provide the app's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and delete your account and data from within Settings.
Termination
You may stop using Nettle and delete your account at any time from within Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Nettle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While reasonable care is taken to keep calculations accurate and library content sourced from peer-reviewed research, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nettle's developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcome related to a calculated value, logged entry, or reminder. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to These Terms
If these Terms change in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll notify you in-app before the change takes effect. Continued use of Nettle after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
